Monte Costello
Founder
Hello I’m Monte, a senior and Westside Football alum who believes in hard work, reliability, and getting the job done right. Those values carry over into our lawn mower business, where I focus on providing dependable service and quality results for every customer.
After high school, I plan to pursue a career as a firefighter while continuing to help grow and strengthen the business. No matter the job, my goal is to be someone people can count on and trust with their equipment.
Aiden Watts
Co-founder
My name is Aiden Watts, and I’m committed to giving my full effort to Ram by showing up ready to work and delivering quality results on every job. I believe consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are what set a business apart, and I strive to bring those values into everything I do.
After high school, I plan to attend UNO while continuing to help Ram grow and improve. Although I’m still undecided on my long-term career path, I’m focused on learning, gaining experience, and building a strong foundation for the future. No matter where life takes me, I’m dedicated to contributing to Ram’s success and providing reliable service our customers can trust.
Robert Borys
Co-founder
My name is Robert, and I’m dedicated to putting in the effort it takes to help Ram succeed. I believe in showing up consistently, working hard, and making sure our customers receive dependable, high-quality service they can trust. Being part of Ram has taught me the importance of responsibility, teamwork, and taking pride in every job we do.
After high school, I plan to attend UNO to pursue a degree in electrical engineering. Having faced challenges that required discipline and perseverance, I’m motivated to build a career centered around problem-solving and helping others through reliable, well-thought-out solutions. That same mindset carries over into my work at Ram, where my goal is always to support the business and deliver positive results for our customers.
