Monte Costello
Founder
Hello I’m Monte, a senior and Westside Football player who believes in hard work, reliability, and getting the job done right. Those values carry over into our lawn business, where I focus on providing dependable service and quality results for every customer.
After high school, I plan to pursue a career as a firefighter while continuing to grow and strengthen the business. No matter the job, my goal is to be someone people can count on and trust with their home.
Dale Felix
Co-founder
Hi, my name is Dale Felix, and I’m currently in high school. I’m still figuring out exactly what I want to do in the future, but I know I’m interested in hands-on work and learning practical skills. After I graduate high school, I plan to go to trade school so I can learn a trade and start building my career early. This connects to our launcher business because it has taught me how important skills like building, problem-solving, and teamwork are. Working on the launcher business has helped me learn how to create things, test ideas, and improve them, which is similar to what I’ll be doing in a trade. I enjoy working with my hands, learning from real experiences, and putting effort into projects that actually mean something, and that’s why trade school and our launcher business fit perfectly with my goals for the future.
Robert Borys

My name is Robert, and I’m dedicated to putting in the effort it takes to help Ram succeed. I believe in showing up consistently, working hard, and making sure our customers receive dependable, high-quality service they can trust. Being part of Ram has taught me the importance of responsibility, teamwork, and taking pride in every job we do.
After high school, I plan to attend UNO to pursue a degree in electrical engineering. Having faced challenges that required discipline and perseverance, I’m motivated to build a career centered around problem-solving and helping others through reliable, well-thought-out solutions. That same mindset carries over into my work at Ram, where my goal is always to support the business and deliver positive results for our customers.
